RANT | What Went Wrong With Batman Vs Superman

Batman versus Superman, by critical consensus, is a bad movie. It's been called shoddy , scattered , self-important and tedious . But it there are plenty of people who loved it, and besides, who wouldn't? This is what we've been waiting for, Batman and Superman in the same movie! How can it be anything but awesome? I came away from the movie with a lot of the same complaints as the critics. Overall it was pretty bad, but I still enjoyed the hell out of the second half once the action got going.  I like bad movies. I'm interested in the craft of storytelling – film, fiction, whatever medium – so I find bad movies more instructive than good movies. A well-told story might show you what to when writing your own story, but a poorly told story will show you what NOT to do. That's a much more helpful lesson. REACTION | Christian Bale's Batman vs Ben Affleck's Batman

Now that the smoke has cleared with fans and critics alike, it's time that I chimed in and put my stamp of approval or disapproval. Here is my reaction to  WhatCulture's Christian Bale and Ben Affleck's Batman . Let's take a look a Christian Bale's Batman first. Although we love you Michael Keaton , he was the first Batman of it's kind. A vigilante that could actually exists in our society today, from the suit to actual person with multiple personas. A persona is side of that we use in different situations. Bale's interpretation of the Bruce Wayne felt spot on. His Batman is what we can call an internet sensation. Memes and Gifs are filled with mocks of his animalistic Bat voice. What's that saying? "No such thing as bad publicity". In this case, this may be applicable. The reason being is why spend so much time and energy with Memes and Gifs, which put extra attention of this fact. Now looking at Ben Affleck's Batman. Feel familiar? It
